Daily Challenge from Android - day 1 - favorite song time

Today I downloaded an widget called "daily challenge" and it looks pretty cool to me since I'm trying to get back the control over my time for myself with my busy schedule.
I tend to spend long non-stop working hours without taking a break and sometimes just ending up with several days in a row just sleeping and working - from bed straight 15 steps to the computer desk and after 18 hours and more back to the bed (with small snack/coke breaks to go to the fridge and grab some food).

So today is my first day and I'm supposed to do this:

"Take a moment and pick one of your all time favorite songs. Sit back and just listen to it"
